The service
Cards by Tathya is an app from TathyaLabs for creating, importing and studying flashcards with spaced repetition on your phone. Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the store you got it from, such as Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Your cards and imported decks
You own the cards you make. Only import decks and media you have the right to use, and respect the licences of shared decks. Your collection is stored on your device, as described in the privacy policy, and TathyaLabs cannot access or recover it, so back it up if you want a copy.
Study results and sample decks
Scheduling, retention figures and forecasts are estimates and don't guarantee exam results. The sample decks are study material, not professional advice; the anatomy deck is not medical advice, and the constitution deck is not legal advice. Check important facts against your course material.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not misuse the app, interfere with it, or reverse engineer it where that is prohibited. Features may change as the app improves. To the extent allowed by law, the app is provided as available, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or import every deck, and TathyaLabs is not liable for lost data or for decisions made using it.
