The app works offline, without an account or ads, and keeps everything on your phone. These answers cover the most common questions. Sudoku Hush: Daily Puzzles on Google Play and Sudoku by Tathya on the App Store are the same app, and this page covers both.
How do hints work?
A hint first shows where to look, then explains the technique, and only then places the digit if you want it to. The Technique guide in Settings teaches all 12 techniques the hints use.
When does the daily puzzle change?
A new daily puzzle starts at midnight on your phone, and the whole archive stays free to play from the calendar. A daily in progress is kept next to your classic game.
Can I play without a mistake limit?
Yes. Turn off Mistake limit in Settings. Show mistakes marks wrong digits as you go; turn it off for a pure solve.
How do I move my stats to a new phone?
Open Settings › Your data, make a full backup and send the file to yourself. On the new phone, restore it from Settings. Restoring replaces that phone’s stats, calendar and games; Undo last restore puts them back.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings and tap Delete all data. Games, stats, the calendar and settings are erased from your phone. Deleting the app does the same.
