Do I need an account?
You can browse every style as a guest. To create an image you need a free Tathya account. If you already use another Tathya app, sign in with the same email and password. A new account sends you a confirmation email; open the link, then sign in in the app.
How many images can I create?
A free account includes five creations a day. The pill on the Create tab shows how many you have left, and the count resets at midnight UTC. A creation that fails doesn't count against your limit, but deleting a creation doesn't give it back.
Why was my request blocked?
Imagine doesn't create nude, sexual, violent or hateful images, realistic fakes of real people, or copies of a specific studio, brand or artist. If your description matches one of these rules, you'll see a message instead of an image, and no creation is used. Try a different description, or pick one of the styles instead of naming someone else's.
"The AI couldn't create this one." What now?
Sometimes the AI provider declines a photo or description, or returns no image. Try a different photo, style or description. Failed attempts don't use a daily creation.
It's taking a long time.
Most images take 10 to 30 seconds, and busy times can be slower. Tap "Keep going in the background" to carry on using the app; a message tells you when the image is ready, and it also appears in History. If your connection drops, the app retries the same request without using another creation.
Why does it ask me to confirm I own the photo?
Only upload photos you own or have permission to use, with the agreement of everyone in them. The checkbox is required for every photo. The Studio headshot style always needs a photo; the other styles also work from a description alone.
How do I save or share a creation?
Open the creation and tap Save to add it to an "Imagine by Tathya" album in Photos, or Share to send it anywhere. The first time you save, iPhone asks for permission to add to Photos. If you said no, turn it on in Settings > Imagine by Tathya > Photos.
How do I turn off AI processing?
Open the Account tab and switch off AI processing. Nothing more is sent to the AI provider, and the app asks again before your next creation. Your existing creations stay in History until you delete them.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email. We'll send a link that opens tathyalabs.com, where you can choose a new password. Then sign in in the app.
How do I delete a creation or my account?
To delete one creation, open it and tap Delete; the image and your uploaded photo are removed from our servers. To delete everything, open the Account tab and tap Delete account. If you use another Tathya app with the same account, your login is kept for that app. The privacy policy has the details.
