Quick answers, then back to your day.
The app works without an account and keeps your plan on your phone. These answers cover the most common questions. Dayribbon: Visual Day Planner on Google Play and Tathya Day on the App Store are the same app, and this page covers both.
My calendar events don’t show.
Turn on Show calendar events in Settings and allow calendar access when asked. If you said no earlier, the Calendar card in Settings offers Open Settings so you can allow it there. The app only reads your calendars; it never changes them.
A reminder didn’t arrive, or came late.
Check that notifications are allowed for the app in your phone’s settings and that the task has an alert. On Android 12 and later the system may deliver a reminder a few minutes late, and battery optimisation can delay it further; allowing the app to run without battery restrictions helps.
How do I add a widget?
On iPhone, touch and hold the Home Screen, tap +, and search for the app (widgets need iOS 17). On Android, touch and hold the home screen, tap Widgets and pick Today or Next up. You can tick tasks off right on the widget.
I missed some tasks yesterday.
Use Catch up to move them to today or your Inbox, or turn on Move unfinished to Inbox in Settings to do it every morning.
How do I move my plan to a new phone?
On the old phone, open Settings and tap Export backup, then send the file to yourself. On the new phone, tap Import backup and choose it. Merge keeps what is already there; importing the same file twice changes nothing. The app also keeps automatic daily backups on the phone under Settings › Data › Automatic backups.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings and tap Erase all data. Every task, routine, focus session and automatic backup is removed from the phone. Deleting the app does the same.
