Simple terms for a careful cleaner.
Effective: October 13, 2026
The service
Clean by Tathya is an app from TathyaLabs that helps you find duplicate, similar and large photos and videos on your phone and delete the ones you choose. Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the store you got it from, such as Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
You decide what is deleted
The app only suggests. Groups, best-shot picks, pre-selections and sizes are worked out automatically and can be wrong, so review every item before you confirm. Deletions you confirm are carried out by your phone's photo library. On iPhone, deleted items can be recovered from Recently Deleted for 30 days; after that, or on devices without a recovery folder, they may be gone for good. Keep a backup of photos that matter to you.
Your data
Your photos and the app's analysis stay on your device, as described in the privacy policy. TathyaLabs cannot access or recover them.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not misuse the app, interfere with it, or reverse engineer it where that is prohibited. Features may change as the app improves. To the extent allowed by law, the app is provided as available, without guarantees that it will find every duplicate or be error-free, and TathyaLabs is not liable for photos or videos you choose to delete.
