Your numbers stay on your phone.
Every calculation runs on your device, and what you save stays there. TathyaLabs does not run a server for the app and never receives your calculations. This policy explains what the app stores and the times data leaves it, always because you chose it. Sumcraft: EMI, SIP & GST Calc on Google Play and Calc by Tathya on the App Store are the same app, and this page covers both.

The short version
- No account, no sign-up and no servers. The app makes no network requests; government scheme rates are built into the app.
- No analytics, no crash-reporting SDK, no ads and no tracking.
- The app needs no permissions: no camera, photos, location, contacts or microphone.
- Results leave the app only when you share, copy or export them.
What the app stores, and where
The app keeps, in its private storage on your device: your saved calculations (their names, inputs and results), recent calculations, the calculator’s history tape and memory, favourite calculators, the last values you entered in each calculator, and your settings, such as currency, number grouping and GST rate. TathyaLabs never receives any of this.
Like other app data, what the app stores may be included in your phone’s own backups if you have them turned on: an iCloud or computer backup on iPhone, or Android’s backup to your Google account. Those backups are controlled by you and Apple or Google; TathyaLabs cannot access them.
Sharing, copying and exports
When you share a result as an image or text, share the history tape, copy a number, export a table or schedule as CSV, or export a backup, the file or text goes only where you send it through the system share sheet or clipboard. On iPhone, the share sheet’s “Save Image” option saves a shared result image to your photo library; the app reads nothing from it. When you import a backup, the app reads only the file you pick. TathyaLabs does not receive a copy.
Estimates, not advice
Results are estimates for planning and learning. The app does not know who you are or what you hold, and it gives no financial advice.
Contacting us
If you email us from the app or this website, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use them only to reply. If you rate the app, the rating screen is shown by the App Store or Google Play, and we see only what you choose to post there.
This website
These pages on tathyalabs.com use Google Analytics to count visits: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are (country and city), their device and browser, and how they arrived. For visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland it runs without cookies. Google signals and ad personalisation are off, and the site shows no ads. The app itself contains no analytics. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies.
Retention and deletion
Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete saved calculations and history, use Settings › Delete all data to erase everything, or delete the app. Files you exported stay where you saved them.
Children
Sumcraft (Calc by Tathya on iPhone) is not directed at children under 13. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
