Your habits stay on your phone.
Habits by Tathya keeps everything you enter on your device. TathyaLabs does not run a server for the app and never receives your habits, check-ins or notes. This policy explains what the app stores and the times data leaves the app, always because you chose it.

The short version
- No account, no sign-up and no servers. The app makes no network requests.
- No analytics, no crash-reporting SDK, no ads and no tracking.
- Reminders are scheduled on your phone, not sent from a server.
- Backups are files you create and control.
What the app stores, and where
The app keeps your data in its private storage on your device: your habits (names, icons, colours, schedules, targets and reminder times), check-ins, amounts and minutes, slips, notes, streak freezes, and your settings, including the name you choose for the greeting. TathyaLabs never receives any of this.
Habits by Tathya does not connect to Apple Health or any other health service and does not read health data from your phone.
Like other app data, your habits may be included in your phone's own backups (for example iCloud Backup) if you have them turned on. Those backups are controlled by you and Apple or Google; TathyaLabs cannot access them.
Reminders
If you allow notifications, the app schedules local reminders on your phone at the times you choose. A reminder shows the habit's name, and tapping "Mark done" records the check-in on your phone. No push server is involved. You can turn reminders off in the app or in your phone's settings.
Backups and imports
Settings lets you export a JSON backup of your habits, check-ins, notes and settings. The file goes only where you send it through the system share sheet, such as Files, iCloud Drive or email. When you import a backup, the app reads only the file you pick and checks it on your phone before restoring it. TathyaLabs does not receive a copy.
Contacting us
If you email us from the app or this website, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use them only to reply.
Retention and deletion
Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete a habit, use Settings > Delete all data to erase everything, or delete the app. Backup files you exported stay where you saved them.
Children
Habits by Tathya does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
