Delete your account and data.

Option 1: delete in the game (immediate)

1. Open Eriksha Rash.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Go to Account and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm.

Your account and cloud progress are deleted immediately, and the game on that phone is reset to a fresh start.

Option 2: ask us by email (within 30 days)

If you no longer have the game installed, email hello@tathyalabs.com with the subject "Eriksha Rash account deletion". Send it from the email address linked to your account, or include your Player ID, which is shown in the game's Settings. We will delete your account and data within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your guest account and its random user ID.
• Your cloud game progress: driver name, sikke, XP, rank, rickshaws, upgrades, paint jobs, weapons, statistics, daily-bonus streak and ad-reward counters.
• The email address linked to your account, if you added one.
• When you delete in the game, the progress saved on that phone as well.

Deletion is permanent. Your progress, sikke and items cannot be restored afterwards.

What is kept, and for how long

• Usage statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase): kept for up to 14 months, then deleted automatically. They use a random app-instance ID and are not linked to your email address.
• Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics): kept for 90 days, then deleted automatically. They are not linked to your email address.
• Nothing else is kept by TathyaLabs.

Ad data collected by Google AdMob is handled under Google's own policies. On Android you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your phone's settings; on iPhone you can turn off tracking in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
